These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your participation in the Proplayer.fun game (“Game”) and any services enabled herein, including Proplayer.fun Pro (the “Pro Version”). By browsing the website, creating an account and/or playing the Game, you agree to abide by these ToS.
This website and any related applications or subdomains that link to these ToS are operated by Proplayer.fun Corp (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) and all information on the website is owned by us.
2. Eligibility
Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from participating due to local laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and the Game complies with applicable law.
FOR THE PRO VERSION ONLY: You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from playing the Pro Version of the Game.
FOR THE PRO VERSION ONLY: Employees, affiliates, and family members of the Company may be restricted from participating in certain Pro Version functionalities.
3. Registration & Account
To access certain features of the website, users may be required to create an account with valid and accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
If we have reason to believe that the information you provided is untrue, we reserve the right to suspend access to certain functionalities of the website.
Each individual may only maintain one account. Account sharing or multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts at the Company’s discretion.
4. Gameplay Rules
Users may participate in skill-based contests linked to real-world sporting events.
Points, rankings, and progression are awarded based on the real-world performance of selected players.
Scoring and tournament rules are defined prior to each contest.
Certain Game features may be subject to additional terms, which must be accepted prior to access. In case of conflict, such additional terms shall prevail.
5. Rewards & Prizes
Rewards may include digital credits, in-game assets, or other non-cash benefits.
Unless explicitly stated, rewards have no real-world monetary value.
The Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, or revoke rewards at its sole discretion.
Any applicable taxes or fees related to rewards are the responsibility of the user.

6. Fair Play & Conduct
Cheating, hacking, collusion, technical exploitation, market manipulation, or any unfair gameplay practices are strictly prohibited.
Users found engaging in fraudulent activities may face suspension or termination. In the event of suspension, users will be notified in-app and via email (if available). Users will have thirty (30) days to transfer any assets to an external wallet. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of such assets.
The Company is not responsible for disputes between users but reserves the right to intervene.
Company decisions regarding rule enforcement are final.
Users agree not to:
distribute malicious software;
send spam or unsolicited promotions;
disrupt other users’ experience;
engage in illegal activities;
use bots or automation;
list assets considered securities or financial instruments.
Automated access, scraping, or bot-based gameplay is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
The Company reserves the right to remove user-generated content that violates these ToS or applicable laws.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
The Game is provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or uptime.
The Company is not licensed as a gambling operator, and the Game does not constitute gambling under applicable laws at the time of publication.

2. Use of Proceeds
All proceeds from Game Asset sales are used at the Company’s sole discretion.
3. Speculative Nature
Game Assets may lose value or utility entirely. No guarantees are provided.
4. No Warranties
Game Assets are provided “as is” with no guarantees of ownership, utility, or continued availability.
5. No Ownership or Equity
Game Assets confer no equity, governance, or revenue rights.

8. Wallet Security
Users are solely responsible for wallet security. Lost credentials cannot be recovered.
